Counted offers personalised love-story posters, available in two formats:
Each poster is custom-made with the names, date and other details you provide. Prices include applicable VAT; shipping is included for European deliveries.
Orders are placed through our website and paid via Stripe (credit/debit card and other supported methods). Your order is confirmed only after payment is successful and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if details are incomplete or suspected to be fraudulent); in that case you are refunded in full.
After purchase, we contact you by email to confirm the names, date and any additional details that appear on your poster. It is your responsibility to review these details carefully. Once you confirm and printing begins, we cannot change the content.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events beyond our control.
Under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014 (Article 17(1)(c)) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Because every Counted poster is produced specifically for you (unique names, date and numbers), we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If your printed poster arrives damaged or contains a printing error that is our fault, contact us at hello@counted.love within 14 days of delivery, attaching a photo. We will either:
Errors caused by details you confirmed (misspelled names, wrong date, etc.) are not covered but we will always try to help — contact us and we'll offer a reprint at cost.
By purchasing the Digital PDF, you agree that delivery begins immediately after personalisation is confirmed. Consistent with EU rules on digital content, you waive the 14-day withdrawal right for this product once delivery has started. The file is for personal use only; you may print it as often as you wish, but may not resell or redistribute it.
All design, layout, typography and code on this website, and the poster templates we produce, are owned by Counted. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use your personalised poster for private purposes. You may not reproduce or resell the design.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably may be submitted to the Portuguese courts or, for consumers, to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order is the one that applies to you. The latest version is always available on this page.
